Checking And Printing Termly Results In Bulk By Form Teacher

A Form Teacher is also able to view results at once for every learner in his class arm.

To view results in bulk,

1. Login as a form teacher
2. Click on Results
3. Click on class and class arm you want to view results for

Only results that are not blocked will appear on the list of results. The Form Teacher can download all results in that class arm by clicking on the DOWNLOAD ALL button on the right corner. This allows you to send each Learner’s result to their parents through whatsapp or by email for parents who cannot access results by themselves.

The Form Teacher can also converge all the learners' results in that class arm into one PDF file for easy print by clicking on the BULK PRINT ALL button on the right corner. This enables the form teacher to print out all results at once by a single click in a situation where she needs to share results to the learners. And all the results will appear in batches of ten(10) per PDF document.

The picture below shows how the results of learners in a class arm are downloaded as PDF documents in batches of 10 per PDF document.

However, the form teacher can as well decide to just print or download one result for a particular learner by just checking through to find that learner’s results and clicking on the PRINT or DOWNLOAD button right above that result.
